USAF Honor Guard

The mission of the United States Air Force Honor Guard is to represent Airmen to the American public and the world.

Today we have a flight of Airmen from the United States Air Force Presidential Honor Guard all the way from Washington, DC. They have taken their time to visit Johnstown, Pennsylvania because of our strong military heritage and our patriotism.

The men and women of the Air Force Honor Guard perform at more than 3,500 events each year, most of which are ceremonial dedications to our fallen troops. During these funerals, the Honor Guard ensures our Airmen and their families receive the proper honors and respect that show our gratitude for their sacrifices.

The United States Air Force Honor Guardsmen perform ceremonial functions for our President, members of Congress and other high ranking officials within the Department of Defense.
